In Sparrow we allow you to group accounts under "workspaces", this allows you to separate your connected accounts into different workspaces so it is easier to manage multiple brands, clients, or organizations separately.

You will not be billed after your free trial ends unless you add a credit card to your account during the free trial period. After your free trial ends, you will be asked to select a plan before you can continue to use Sparrow again (you will be able to select our free plan). Until you log-in and select a plan, any scheduled refreshes you have set up will be paused.

A data source counts as a single source of data. so if you have 3 Facebook pages, that would count as 3 data sources. If you have a single Facebook page, Google Ads account, and a Google Analytics account, that would also count as only 3 data sources.

For all plans we offer email support and live chat support within our web application. Users with premium support with have shorter response times and will have the option to receive live 1:1 support form the Sparrow integration team.
